Business Software
Businesses have long wanted to be able to track their revenue generation from the Sales Desk and Processing through Inventory and Accounting. Current business practices rely on “Nick-of-Time Buying” to increase their bottom line by decreasing their Stored Inventory.
Current Accounting Systems do not integrate Sales and Customer Service Tracking. Business Software is generic when dealing with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
Webnavix created a customized solution for implementation with an existing database. The system was built to implement Specialized Billing Procedures, Sophisticated Contact Management, Customer Support and Trouble Tickets, Automated Time Clock, Payment Processing and Call Monitoring in a server-centric application.
Technologies used included DHTML and minimal use of Flash based Applications Crystal Reports web based reporting, Active Server Page and MS SQL Server (compliant with all SQL Servers), Active Server Components (ActiveX - ATL and VB), and NT Services for some automated services.
Implementations include Payment Processing Systems, Mass E-mail systems, Connections with Unix based daemons for Production System Management, Extended User Interfaces and Complex Reporting Systems typically found only on more complex client-centric applications.
