Is Webnavix willing to host and manage my business application if it was written by another agency?
Yes, pending a code and security review. This practice is for your safety, and ours. We will provide you with an honest assessment of the maintainability of the application, and a detailed overview of any security issues your program might have. In the event of security problems posed by your application, we will need to correct them if feasible, before agreeing to host or maintain it.
How does Webnavix deal with hackers?
In this day and age, the sad reality is that there will be thousands if not millions of hack attempts on nearly every public website . This being the case, Webnavix does it's best to assure that all hacking damage is minimal, and that all live data can be restored without loss to system integrity in the event of a hack attack. Our developers have been developing Web Based software for years, and have the experience to know what programming methods are generally secure, and which ones are not. While no company can reliably guarantee that their web based products cannot be hacked, Webnavix can guarantee that any damaged caused by malicious hacking will be minimal, and cause no long term damage to your company, data, or reputation.
What happens if I find a bug in my application in the future?
All applications developed by Webnavix are supported for life. Webnavix will correct any errors or omissions for the life of the web application.
